The gel not only provides short-chain, quickly available sugars like fructose and glucose, but also the longer-chain maltodextrin, which is absorbed more slowly by the body. A total of 26 g of carbohydrates per serving will help you to maintain your energy levels. The flavours mate/lemon and cola also contain caffeine.
