Dear customer,
Your safety is important to us, which is why we check the quality of our bikes' materials at regular intervals.
It was found that the
- ROSE Backroad GRX RX820
ROSE Backroad RX820 1x12
ROSE Backroad Apex eTap AXS XPLR 1x12
does not withstand the latest tests with the highest continuous loads. As it is currently still unclear which series of the saddle model Y Manganese Rail of the manufacturer Selle Italia are affected and which saddles would not withstand the highest stress, the use of these saddles should be discontinued immediately as a precautionary measure.
