Das Black Lava 3 in Verbindung mit der Rohloff-Schaltung ist in meinen Augen eine Fehlkonstruktion. Die Rohloff sorgt in Verbindung mit dem Alu-Rahmen in den unteren Gängen für in dieser Preisklasse unzumutbare Mahlgeräusche bis hin zu Vibrationen im Bereich der Kurbel. Weiter ist dank der Rohloff nur Platz für einen Mittelständer mit der Folge, dass die Kabelverlegung um diesen herumgepfriemelt ist und das beladene Rad viel zu leicht umfällt. Das Frontlicht lässt sich nicht genügend feststellen und kippt regelmäßig aus der Achse. Rose war nach einem sich über Monate hinziehenden Prozess nicht bereit, die Störgeräusche als Mangel anzuerkennen. Nach all diesen Erfahrungen kann ich von dem Bike und der Firma Rose nur abraten.

negativ nach 1.000km: 1. Hinterbauständer wegen Rohloff nicht möglich (seltsam, andere Hersteller schaffen das) Fahrrad steht auf dem Mittelständer völlig instabil, kippt ständig um. (Eigentlich ein K.O. Kriterium für Pendler) Die Kurbel wird durch den Mittelständer auch ständig zerkratzt, 2. Spritzschutz am Vorderrad extrem schlecht, die Suppe spritzt bis Höhe Trinkflasche. Erst das (perfekt) passende „Mud Flap“ von Hebie (51 mm, 6,- Euro) schafft Abhilfe. 3. Das Produktfoto gibt die Farbe Matt Mocha nicht mal im Ansatz wieder - es ist ein tiefes Braun mit Effekt und nicht orange wie auf dem Foto. 4. Rohloff Drehgriff bei Regen völlig unbrauchbar, dh ein Kerl wie ich, schafft es dann nicht mehr ihn zu drehen, weil zu glitschig. 5. Mein Black Lava 3 wurde ohne Karton geliefert bzw legte die Rose Spedition dessen Überreste daneben. 6. Dias Vorderlicht verstellt sich ständig, weil nicht richtig fest.7. Natürlich klappert das AXA Faltschloß während der Fahrt wie verrückt.
Tipp: kauft diesen Rahmen lieber zu groß als zu klein, wenn ihr das Beinlänge Minimum dafür habt. Ein etwas kürzerer Vorbau ist natürlich auch Pflicht.

This category applies to bicycles and e-bikes⁶ that meet the conditions of category 1 and are ridden on normal roads as well as in category 2 on unpaved roads and gravel paths with moderate inclines and descents. The tyres are in constant contact with the ground at average speed and they are only occasionally ridden over steps and drops of less than 15 cm. These conditions can lead to contact with uneven terrain and the tyre repeatedly losing contact with the ground. The intended use is, for example, recreational riding. You don’t require any special riding skills.
