Profile Subsonic/Ergo/39a Aerobar Extension

With the Subsonic/Ergo/39a aerobar, Profile Design proves that aerodynamics and comfort are not a contradiction. These ergo armrests feature countless adjustment options, room to move and the consistent low-stack design of the race-oriented Subsonic brackets.
This is combined with the 39a extensions that have been further developed and now have a grip angle of 39°. Depending on the grip position, they allow for a more bent or more upright position. In addition, the extensions have an aerodynamically favourable Kammtail tube profile in the area of the rise to the grip surfaces. The end caps of the aerobar also benefit from a small but subtle design change. These now have an ergonomic shape that serves as a finger rest, giving you a better grip.

What stands out above all is the clip-in system of the Subsonic brackets, which enables the extra low stack height of only 40 mm and thus brings you into a low, dynamic position. Additional advantage of this system: The 39a extensions are located directly in front of the handlebar and thus further reduce the area exposed to the wind. Shortening the extensions allows for individual length adjustment. Once they have been cut, there is a 40 mm range of adjustment. The tilt can also be adjusted easily, thanks to the simple clip-on system.

Even more fine-tuning options are offered by the ergo armrests, which can be mounted in up to 80 different positions thanks to a sophisticated hole matrix. This allows you to adjust the position of your elbows in length and width to your needs with millimetre precision. What’s more, the light curve of the extensions offers just the right balance between control and freedom of movement. You are thus optimally equipped from training to competition with the Profile Subsonic/Ergo/39a. Thanks to the modular FLYT system with interchangeable brackets, extensions and armrests, you also have many adjustment options.

Tip:
If you think the stack is too low, you can use the separately available Bracket Riser Kit (prod. code: 1904721) without changing the distance between the armrests and extensions.
