The ORTLIEB QUICK-RACK LIGHT bicycle rear rack is reduced to the essentials for a lower weight and can be installed and removed from your bike in a flash. The quick-release function allows you to attach and remove the clever luggage carrier in seconds.
In a first step, the bolt-on contact points are attached to the eyelets on the lower seatstays of your bike to reliably secure the luggage rack. The integrated levers at these contact points then allow you to attach the rear rack. In a second step, the carrier is secured to the seat tube or seat post via the upper fixation with a sturdy mounting rubber – and the Ortlieb QUICK-RACK is ready for use. It is compatible with all QUICK-LOCK system bags from ORTLIEB (QL1/2.1/3/3.1/Top-Lock) and can carry loads of up to 15 kg.
To remove the rear rack, simply loosen the fixation on the seat tube and undo the two locking levers on the contact points. That’s it! The two support points on the eyelets remain on your bicycle.

Attention:
For installation, it is essential that there are two mounting points with a metric 5mm or 6mm thread on the frame in the lower area of the seat stays!
